(Insights from BBO Tech at Nguyen Tat Thanh University)

As AI is rapidly reshaping the Marketing industry and the labor market, BBO Tech was honored to collaborate with the Faculty of Business Administration at Nguyen Tat Thanh University in the seminar “AI in Marketing & Employer Demand,” held at noon on April 20, 2026.

The program was part of the monthly academic advisor session for class 25DMK1A, majoring in Marketing, with the participation of Mr. Do Duc Chau (Founder of BBO Tech), Mr. Bui Van Hung (Co-Founder of BBO Tech), and the support of M.A. Tran Thanh Tung – Deputy Head of the Digital Economics Department and academic advisor for class 25DMK1A, Marketing major.

BBO Tech and the sharing orientation at the seminar

BBO Tech is a technology company operating in the fields of AI and digital transformation, focusing on developing solutions such as multi-platform chatbots, process automation, email marketing, websites, and technology infrastructure for businesses. With a strong orientation toward applying AI to real-world operations, BBO Tech consistently emphasizes efficiency, cost optimization, and productivity improvement for its business clients.

In this seminar, we not only brought a technological perspective, but more importantly, shared practical observations from the recruitment market and workforce demands in the AI era.

AI in Marketing: no longer a trend, but a new operational foundation

In the main content of the seminar, BBO Tech and the students explored several core issues:

  • How AI is changing the way businesses do Marketing
  • Which roles and skills are gradually being redefined
  • What students need to prepare in order to adapt to the new labor market
  • And the right perspective on AI: shifting from “fear of being replaced” to a “mindset of seizing opportunities”

One of the key messages emphasized was:

AI does not completely replace humans; it primarily replaces repetitive, process-driven tasks.

From a business perspective, AI is acting as a “productivity enhancement layer,” enabling Marketing teams to work faster, more accurately, and at greater scale.

However, AI only creates real value when users have a solid Marketing mindset: understanding customers, understanding strategy, and understanding business goals.

What are employers really looking for?

One of the core topics shared by BBO Tech was the business perspective on recruiting Marketing talent in the age of AI.

Rather than simply looking for candidates who know how to use tools, companies today focus on three key factors:

  • Mindset: the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and proactively solve problems
  • Skillset: a solid understanding of Marketing, customer behavior, content thinking, and strategy
  • Toolset: the ability to use AI as a tool to support work effectively

The message emphasized throughout the session was:

“Tools can be learned, but mindset must be built.”

Companies are not looking for people who merely know how to operate AI, but for people who know how to use AI to create differentiated value and deliver practical results.

A growth mindset in the AI era

In the final part of the seminar, BBO Tech shared a long-term perspective on students’ development journeys.

AI should not be viewed as the destination, but rather as a companion tool in the learning and working process. The most important thing is the ability to proactively experiment, learn, and continuously improve oneself while still at university.

An open-ended question was raised for the students:

“If AI tools disappeared instantly, would you be losing a tool, or losing your own thinking ability?”

This question was not intended to produce a right-or-wrong answer, but to open up an important perspective: the core value still lies in human thinking, not in the tool itself.

Mini-game & Q&A: connecting practice with students

The seminar concluded with a mini-game and direct interaction session. Students actively raised many questions around:

  • How to start learning AI in Marketing
  • What skills to prepare for internships
  • Career opportunities in technology and digital Marketing

Through this exchange, BBO Tech recognized the students’ serious interest and positive learning spirit, while also sharing additional practical directions from a business perspective.

Conclusion & cooperation orientation

The seminar “AI in Marketing & Employer Demand” at Nguyen Tat Thanh University was a meaningful opportunity for BBO Tech to connect with a new generation of students and share practical insights into the labor market in

the AI era.

We believe that AI is not just a technology, but a new foundational capability that every student needs to equip themselves with in order to adapt and grow.

BBO Tech sincerely thanks the Faculty of Business Administration at Nguyen Tat Thanh University for creating the opportunity for the company to accompany students in this program.

In the near future, BBO Tech hopes to further expand cooperation with the university through more practical activities such as:

  • Accepting student interns
  • Collaborating in hands-on training programs
  • Connecting career and recruitment opportunities for students

We believe that the connection between businesses and universities will contribute to shaping a new generation of Marketing professionals: technologically capable, strategically minded, and ready to adapt to the digital future.
